Make sure no hand creams or body oils are on the earring pins before interchanging. Use a damp cloth to clean the earring pins and allow them sufficient time to dry.

Avoid keeping the interchangeable earrings together overnight. Store your from dawn till dusk collection in separate individual cases, in it’s original Lottie Jolie carrying case, or in the separate compartment of a jewellery box.

Regularly check the clasp.

Soak the jewellery for a few minutes at a time in warm soapy water (using only soap with a neutral pH).

Gently brush it with a very soft toothbrush and then rinse it carefully in warm water.

Finally, dry and buff the piece with a soft cloth, chamois leather, or a clean microfibre tissue.

Personalisation is available on certain models of rings that we offer engraving for. Each product page indicates whether personalisation is available for a particular model.

Since this process involves removing a fine layer of metal, we do not recommend polishing your jewellery more than twice in its lifetime.

Is my order shipped from the UK?

When purchasing from lottiejolie.com, your order will be shipped from either the United Kingdom or Belgium. All duties and extra costs associated with shipping will be covered by Lottie Jolie.

How much do repair services cost?

Repair services vary in cost depending on the product and the type of service required. To give you an idea, here are some cost estimates for our main services:

Jewellery Repair Services:

Adjustment: £20 for the first time, then £50 for subsequent adjustments.

Care: £50 (excluding chargeable components and postage costs).

How long is the warranty?

The Lottie Jolie International Warranty covers your purchase for five years.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges can be requested through LottieJolie.com or the LoJo App.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.

We will issue a Return Authorization Letter to you by email. Please print it out and include the letter with the return pieces of jewellery when you send the parcel back to our provided address free of charge.

Please note that upon receipt of the Return Authorization Letter, you have 3 days to return or exchange the items. The items must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached.

In the case of an exchange, the returned item(s) will undergo mandatory Quality Control before we can send you the replacement item(s).

What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?

The return or exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

It is not possible to return or exchange jewellery that have been engraved, modified, or personalised in any way.

We will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account or on your credit card.

Please note that all returned items will undergo mandatory Quality Control. You will be notified if your return is accepted.

Once accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 working days, depending on your original mode of payment.

May I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

No, you may not directly exchange or return an item that was gifted to you.

Please ask the original purchaser, who has the My LoJo Account, to initiate the return or exchange process. We require the login to prove the ownership of the gift and to prevent loss and theft.

Please note that the refund amount will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser in case of a return. In case of an exchange, if the new item is less expensive than the one returned, the difference will also be refunded to the original purchaser.
