RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Subject to the policy, all items purchased can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. 
  • Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition with the purchase receipt number and in the original packaging, unless the item is proved faulty. 
  • Personalised items (such as personalised hallmarking rings) are excluded, unless the item is proved faulty.  
  • These terms do not affect your consumer rights.
